Alcohol Laws For Vermont

ABV > 16% beer and ABV > 16% wine are only available through state liquor stores (most of which are integrated within grocery and beverage stores). A 2008 bill allows the sale of beer in grocery and convenience stores up to ABV 16%.

Can I drink outside of the bar?

Are there certain hours when I can't buy alcohol?
Unfortunately, there are some restrictions here.
In the bar: 8 a.m.-2 a.m.
At the store: 6 a.m.-midnight

For everything else, you'll just have to go to a damn liquor store. Like an animal.
