Alcohol Laws For Oregon

Liquor, all of which is state-owned prior to sale to consumers, is sold in private liquor stores. These stores are approved by Oregon's Liquor Commissioners to act as sales agents on the state's behalf.

Can I drink outside of the bar?
Nope. Where do you think you are, Bourbon Street?

Are there certain hours when I can't buy alcohol?
Unfortunately, there are some restrictions here.
In the bar: 7 a.m. - 2:30 a.m.
At the store: 7 a.m. - 2:30 a.m.

You can buy these delights in just a regular grocery store:
Beer
Wine
For everything else, you'll just have to go to a damn liquor store. Like an animal.
