Alcohol Laws For Nebraska

No on- or off-premises sales of spirits before noon on Sundays. All beer, wine, and champagne can be sold starting at 6 a.m.

Can I drink outside of the bar?
Nope. Where do you think you are, Bourbon Street?

Are there certain hours when I can't buy alcohol?
Unfortunately, there are some restrictions here.
In the bar: 6 a.m.-1 a.m. Legislation passed in 2010 allows for municipalities to extend on-premises sales to 2 a.m. with two-thirds approval of city or county councils.

You can buy these delights in just a regular grocery store:
Beer
Wine
For everything else, you'll just have to go to a damn liquor store. Like an animal.
